The Nice Guys is an upcoming 2016 American mystery crime comedy film directed by Shane Black and co-written with Anthony Bagarozzi. It stars Russell Crowe, Ryan Gosling, Angourie Rice, Matt Bomer, Margaret Qualley, Keith David and Kim Basinger. This is the second collaboration between Russell Crowe and Kim Basinger, the first being L.A. Confidential (1997), and the second between Black and Ty Simpkins, who appeared in Black's previous movie Iron Man 3. The film will be released on May 20, 2016 by Warner Bros. Pictures.
